Hidden Glitch: Secret Item Coming Out?

Hello, Chobots! I was looking around the Citizenship Catalog when I noticed one spot was grey and no matter how long I waited it wouldn’t show the item… Here’s a picture I took to show you guys:

Now usually when I see ‘glitches’ like this I think of a theory of why they’re happening. Well, you know Chobot is having a design an item contest.. I was thinking maybe the winner for their item in that spot!? What do you guys think? We love to hear your feedback so please do comment  below.
